Ecommunity.ph collects only the information needed to operate civic waste-management workflows: account details, role and tenant scope, reports, application records, and operational audit data.

Private report evidence and user documents must be stored in private buckets and accessed through approved role-scoped flows. Database access is protected by Supabase Row Level Security.
