Ecommunity.ph is a civic operations WebApp for coordinating solid waste collection, resident reports, junkshop participation, and local government accountability.

The first implementation is Baliwag-first and designed around secure role-based access for residents, CENRO admins, barangays, drivers, junkshop owners, junkshop staff, and super admins.
